Before You Request a Session

Please read this before booking. Reiki Surrender uses a pending-request process for all first-time in-person appointments.

If you are not comfortable meeting every requirement below, please do not submit a booking request.

1. Required Before Booking

To request a first-time in-person appointment, you must be prepared to:

Be age 40 or older

Provide your full name, email address, and one working mobile number

Use the same mobile number for all appointment communication from beginning to end

Send a clear, current same-day arrival photo before final location and check-in instructions are provided

Submit an advance reservation deposit or full payment within 20 minutes of receiving payment instructions

Use PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App for payment

Be familiar with your chosen payment app before requesting an appointment; Reiki Surrender does not provide payment-app setup, troubleshooting, or directions

A government ID is not required. However, the advance reservation deposit, consistent mobile number, and same-day arrival photo are required. There are no exceptions.

2. Request a Time

Use the online calendar to choose your session length, preferred date, and available appointment time.

Selecting a time creates a pending request only. It is not a confirmed appointment.

Same-day appointment requests may be available with at least 6 hours’ notice.

Initial communication is handled by email and text only.

3. Choose a Payment Method

After your request is reviewed, Reiki Surrender will contact you by text or email and ask you to choose one payment method for your required deposit or full payment.

Accepted payment methods are:

PayPal

Venmo

Zelle

Cash App

Please reply with the one payment method you intend to use. After you choose your method, you will receive the correct payment instructions.

Do not send payment until you receive payment instructions for your selected method.

4. Submit Your Deposit or Full Payment

Your required advance reservation deposit or full payment is due within 20 minutes after you receive payment instructions for your selected payment method.

The deposit is applied toward your total session cost. It is not an additional fee.

If you pay the deposit only, the remaining balance is due in cash upon arrival.

If payment is not received within 20 minutes, your pending request expires and the appointment time is released without further notice.

5. Final Confirmation

Your appointment is confirmed only after all required steps are completed:

Booking request reviewed

Payment method selected

Required deposit or full payment received

Same mobile number maintained throughout communication

Final confirmation call completed

Required same-day arrival photo received before final location and check-in instructions are provided

The final confirmation call is the last booking step. Reiki Surrender will contact you to confirm receipt of your deposit or payment and to finalize the appointment.

Reiki Surrender may decline or cancel a pending or confirmed appointment if requirements are not met or if communication feels unsafe, disrespectful, sexually inappropriate, aggressive, misleading, impaired, or otherwise not a good fit for the service.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Deposits are applied toward your session total and are generally nonrefundable.

One reschedule may be permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations, no-shows, failure to complete verification or final confirmation, changes to the required contact number, or failure to meet booking requirements.

If Reiki Surrender cancels for a reason on our end, you may choose a full refund of money paid or a transfer of your payment to one new available appointment time.

If Reiki Surrender cancels because booking, verification, payment, communication, conduct, or safety requirements were not met, the deposit remains nonrefundable.

Reiki Surrender

Offers one-to-one intuitive Reiki sessions in a private, calm setting.

Sessions are designed to support relaxation, grounding, and personal well-being.

Available Monday through Saturday, 10 AM–7 PM.

Who I Serve

Sessions are for adults 40 and over.

This is a private residential practice.

I work with people who are ready, respectful,

and able to follow a clear verification and deposit process.

I especially welcome professional adults who can verify themselves in a straightforward way.

SESSION OPTIONS

60-Minute Intuitive Reiki Session — $225

Includes a $25 advance reservation deposit.

$200 cash balance due at arrival.

90-Minute Intuitive Reiki Session — $330

Includes a $30 advance reservation deposit.

$300 cash balance due at arrival.

Advance reservation deposits are applied toward the session total;

they are not additional fees.

Sessions are offered by appointment only.

First-time verification

For privacy, safety, and appointment integrity, first-time clients must complete the required verification information before an appointment is confirmed.
