A Simple Welcome

Thank you for considering a session with me. I have been offering this work for a while.

I take it seriously. I enjoy it. And I want our time together to feel safe, respectful,

and professional from the first message to the close of the session.

This page exists so there are no surprises. Please read it before you book. If identity

verification or a small deposit does not feel like a match, that is okay. I simply ask that you

choose a practitioner whose process feels more comfortable for you.

Identity Verification & Privacy

Because this is personal, one-to-one work, I confirm identity one time before we meet.

What I may ask for:

LinkedIn profile information — used only to confirm that you are the person who booked.

A same-day photo — used only to confirm identity on the day of the session.

How this information is used:

Verification only. One time. Not shared, not sold, not used for marketing, and not passed to

anyone else. It is kept safely and used solely for my personal confirmation of the booking.

I am not collecting this to be nosy or to create extra work or drama for you. I collect it so I know I am

meeting the person who scheduled the time. After verification is complete, the information

is not reused for any other purpose.

If you are not comfortable with this step, please do not book. There are many practitioners.

Find the one whose process feels right.

Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds

There are no refunds.

A small deposit is required to hold your session time. That deposit is not meant to enrich me.

It is meant to confirm that you are serious about the appointment we set, and it helps cover

the time I spend preparing before you arrive.

If you cancel, the deposit is forfeited.

Preparation for a session begins well before the start time. That is why I handle scheduling

the way most long-practicing professionals do: a modest deposit holds the calendar, and a

cancellation releases the time without a refund of that deposit.

I keep the deposit small on purpose. I try to make booking easy and convenient. This is not a

sales tactic. It is how I protect the integrity of the work and the time we

both set aside.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, the missed minutes are deducted from your session and the session still

ends at the original end time.

A 60-minute session that begins 15 minutes late becomes a 45-minute session. A 90-

minute session is shortened by the same number of minutes you are late. Please plan to

arrive ready so we can use the full time we scheduled.

Chargebacks & Your Agreement

When you book and pay online, you are agreeing to these terms.

If a chargeback is filed after a booking is made, it will be disputed using this policy as the

agreement you accepted at the time of scheduling. Completing a booking is your

confirmation that you understand and accept the following:

Verification is one-time and used only to confirm identity.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation forfeits the deposit.

Late arrival shortens the session by the time missed.

I am not here to deceive anyone, pressure anyone, or profit off unused deposits.

I love this work and I treat it as a profession.

Clear boundaries keep the space clean for both of us. If any part of this process feels off, I

genuinely hope you find a practitioner who is a better fit. If it does feel aligned, I look

forward to holding a calm, focused session with you.
